Al Gore Speaking At Neways Japan Convention

Japan’s Network Business Journal recently featured Neways’ annual Japanese convention, where the company launched several new products, including the revamped Hydracial® Anti-Aging Skin Care System.

Themed “Power of People” and marking Neways’ 10th anniversary in Japan, the 2011 convention took place at the Yokohama Arena on June 19. Nearly 10,000 independent Neways distributors attended, not only from Japan but also from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, and elsewhere.

Former U.S. vice president Al Gore gave the keynote convention address. Additional prominent speakers included Golden Gate Capital managing director Prescott Ashe, Neways CEO Scott St. Clair, Neways Japan managing director Terry White, Neways director of nutrition Garrett Trumble, and Neways Scientific Advisory Board member Dr. Wayne Bidlack.

According to Network Business Journal, the newly relaunched Hydracial® Anti-Aging Skin Care System “features unique Micro Factors science, which is a result of research at the genetic level. Using Hydracial, your skin will feel as good as after a visit to a beauty salon. Members speak highly of the product, with the price more affordable than ever.” Also launched during the convention was an innovative new fiber supplement called 5iber.

“Neways offers all individuals an opportunity to conduct business,” said Neways Japan managing director Terry White. “We are aiming to convert 10 million homes into Healthy Homes worldwide, using our safety-conscious products. This is the start of our next 10 years. This is a chance to create a new path. Neways will change the world.”

Neways CEO Scott St. Clair said, “It was wonderful to have Mr. Gore speak to our Japanese distributors. I was amazed at the level of excitement in the Yokohama Arena. I don’t think I’ve ever seen our Japanese distributors more charged up.”

St. Clair noted that Mr. Gore is a champion of using energy more efficiently, decreasing carbon pollution, and safeguarding the future of the planet. “Neways is committed to building healthy communities and making the world a better place for generations to come,” said St. Clair. “We help people join forces to take better care of each other and continually seek ways to improve our environment.”
